Pumpkin Cookie Recipe
1 box of spice cake mix
1 can of pumpkin (15 oz)
1 egg
2 cups of rolled oats
sugar
Pre heat oven to 350
Mix cake mix, pumpkin, egg, until well mixed
Add oats and mix again until well mixed
If too wet add 2 table spoons of flour and mix well
Use spoon to drop cookies into bowl of sugar, roll into ball in sugar
Place on cookie sheet
Cook for 15-20 minutes
